Refund policy

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Any defects or issues with the product must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt. Trendsellers is liable only for original defects in the product.
