Our Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

Order Handling
Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this processing time. When your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery Times & Costs

Domestic (Sweden): Shipments within Sweden usually arrive 1–2 business days after they have been sent. From placing your order to receiving it, please allow up to about a week in total.

International: For orders outside Sweden, delivery speed depends on your location and the shipping option you select during checkout. International parcels often require extra time due to customs processing.

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and method you choose.

Shipping Worldwide
We’re pleased to offer delivery to most countries. Costs and timeframes for international shipping vary and are displayed at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery details.

For deliveries outside Sweden, any import-related charges (such as customs duties, VAT, or handling fees) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by your country’s regulations and are outside our control.
