Returns & Refunds
We aim to deliver the best in product, quality and service. If you’re not satisfied we will help you to return your items. Trendsellers offers the possibility to make a return within fourteen (14) calendar days. This also applies to if your product was damaged when shipped or there is any other problems with your order. Please note that this option is only for orders within the European Union (EU).
To initiate a return or exchange, please select a reliable carrier and ensure that your parcel is delivered directly to the following address (not to a postal office) with the necessary information included:

Once you have shipped your order back to us, kindly send an email with your order number and the tracking number for the return.
In order to receive a full refund, products returned must be accompanied by their original packaging and in unused condition. We strive to issue your refund as quickly as possible. Your refund shall be made and received within fifteen (30) business days after the returned product(s) has arrived to our warehouse. Trendsellers do not cover the cost of return shipments.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been packed or shipped. Once the order is in process or has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that a cancellation fee of 90 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and handling costs.
